Mission
Company Secrets exists to demystify and bring transparency to the professional dance world for aspiring dancers. Through candid conversations with artistic directors and industry leaders, we offer insight, information, and inspiration to help dancers make informed choices as they transition from training to professional careers.
We envision a dance community where every young artist feels empowered, prepared, and confident stepping into the professional world—not only equipped with strong technique, but also with a deep understanding of how dance companies operate, what they value, and how to thrive within them.

An award-winning, sought-after master teacher and coach working with ballet companies around the world.
